1. Warranty Coverage We offer a standard one-year warranty on all our products. You can upgrade to a two-year warranty for additional protection. This warranty covers any technical faults that occur during normal use and is not applicable to damages caused by user negligence, misuse, or external factors.

2. Warranty Duration

  • Standard Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Upgraded Warranty: 2 years from the date of purchase (available for an additional fee).

3. Warranty Claims To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at customerservice@sentinelcameras.store
  • Provide proof of purchase, including the order number and purchase date.
  • Describe the issue in detail.

4. Replacement Units Upon approval of your claim, we will send out a replacement unit or units at no additional charge if the damage is deemed a result of a technical fault.

5. Exclusions This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Any modifications made to the product.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to liquids or extreme environmental conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
