**Return Policy**

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please log in to our website using the email address you used at purchase. You will receive a code sent to your email to access your account. Once logged in, you can view your purchases and request a return or refund through our self serve returns page here:

Please note that customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A 5% restocking fee applies to all approved returns unless the item was defective or incorrect. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.

**Warranty Claims & Damaged Items**

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will issue a replacement or refund free of charge. Refunds for damaged items do not require a return.

To ensure a smooth process:
- Contact us immediately at **customerservice@sentinelcameras.store** if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Take photos of the damaged package upon arrival before opening it. If 24 hours have elapsed post-delivery and no damages are reported, we will assume the package arrived in good condition.

We will ship out warranty replacements free of charge or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

**Money-Back Guarantee**

We will fully refund your money within 30 days if you are not happy with your purchase. However, you must meet the following requirements:
- The product must not be damaged, unusable, or unsendable in any way.
- The product must not have been subject to fraudulent activity (e.g., keeping the product but requesting a refund).
- You must provide a reason for your dissatisfaction and any photos/videos we request to process your refund.
- You are not eligible if you ordered the wrong variant (e.g., 4G/WiFi).

Refunds will only be issued once we have received the returned product and confirmed its condition.

We retain the right to determine whether you meet these requirements.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (at your own cost), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

**European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

**Refunds**

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
